• Pets: Pets are not permitted. Service animals are not accepted.
• Children: Adults only. Guests under 18 are not permitted. Rollaway beds and cribs are not available.
• Cancellation: Flexible rates can be cancelled or modified free of charge, generally up to four days before arrival, with the exact deadline set at the time of booking. Prepaid and non-refundable rates carry a discount and are not eligible for free cancellation.
• Resort Access: The all-inclusive rate covers full access to the facilities of all five hotels in the Iberostar Paraíso complex, including Iberostar Selection Paraíso Maya Suites, Iberostar Selection Paraíso Lindo, Iberostar Waves Paraíso del Mar and Iberostar Waves Paraíso Beach. This includes their buffets, bars and cafés, plus a la carte restaurants such as Bistró L'Etoile, Prime Rib El Rancho, Lemon & Spices, La Dorada and El Rodizio.
