• Minimum check-in age: 18
• Pets: Pets are not permitted.
• Children: Children of all ages are welcome. Two children up to the age of 2 stay free when using existing beds in the parent or guardian's room. Star Camp runs programs for ages 4 to 17, and children's menus are offered at the restaurants. Rollaway beds and cribs are not available.
• Cancellation: Flexible rates can be changed or cancelled free of charge with no penalty and no advance payment, with the free-cancellation deadline varying by rate and travel dates. Prepaid rates are non-refundable.
• Resort Access: The all-inclusive rate includes access to the facilities and restaurants at Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar.
