• Pets: Pets are not permitted. Guide dogs for guests who are blind are exempt and should be arranged in advance.

• Children: Children of all ages are welcome. Up to two children aged 12 and under stay free when using existing bedding. The supervised Kids Club is complimentary. Rollaway and extra beds are not available.

• Cancellation: Terms vary by the rate booked, and fully refundable rates with free cancellation are offered on some dates. No refunds are given for cancellations or changes made after check-in.

• Resort Access: Guests may visit The Royal Sands and The Royal Cancun for the day, but meals, drinks, and any other purchases made there are charged separately.
