• Pets: Pets are not permitted. Guide dogs, assistance dogs and service animals with individual training certification are accepted at no charge.
• Children: Children are welcome. The child rate applies from age 2 through age 12 when sharing a room with two adults, and the Kids Club is open to ages 4 to 12.
• Cancellation: Fully refundable rates with free cancellation are offered. Cancellation terms depend on the rate booked.
• Ecotax of 77.00 MXN per room per night is payable at the property.
