Pool

• Three tiered infinity pools facing the Sea of Cortez, open daily 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Two pools are open to all guests. The oceanfront Serenity pool is reserved for ages 16 and over
• All pools are heated. Serenity runs 82°F, the central family pool 84°F, and the activities pool opposite Cabrilla 86°F. The jacuzzi runs 96°F
• Separate children's wading pool
• Poolside cabanas, no reservation required
• Food and drink service poolside from Cabrilla, 11:00 am to 5:30 pm

Beach

• Beachfront on the Sea of Cortez with sun loungers and umbrellas
• Swimming directly in front of the resort is not permitted due to strong undertow and unpredictable waves
• Chileno Beach, roughly a mile away, is the nearest swimmable beach

• Children: All ages welcome. Infants ages 0 to 3 stay free in the parent or guardian's room using existing bedding. Children ages 4 and up are subject to a charge that varies by season. Cocina de Autor is for ages 18 and over, and the bars are for ages 18 and over.
• Cancellation: Terms vary by season and by the rate booked. Fully refundable rates with free cancellation are available.
• Resort Access: Dining at Loto Robata Grill inside the neighbouring Grand Velas Boutique Hotel Los Cabos is open to resort guests.
