• Pets: Dogs only, one dog per room up to 44 lbs, MXN 2,000 per pet, per night. Service animals are welcome and exempt from the fee. A welcome kit with a bed and bowls is provided.
• Children: Children of all ages are welcome. Two children up to age 4 stay free using existing bedding in a parent or guardian's room. Cribs and rollaway beds are free on request.
