Policies

• Check-in: 3:00 pm
• Check-out: 12:00 pm
• Minimum check-in age: 18
• Pets: Pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome and are exempt from fees.
• Children: Children of all ages are welcome. Two children up to age 3 stay free when using existing bedding in the parent or guardian's room. Proof of child age is required at check-in.
• Cancellation: Refundable rates with free cancellation are available. On direct bookings, one night of the all-inclusive fee is forfeited for cancellations made 3 days or less before arrival, and three nights are forfeited for arrivals between December 22 and January 3.
• Resort Access: The rate includes full access to the facilities, restaurants, and bars of both the Sunrise and Nizuc sections.
