Policies

• Check-in: 3:00 pm, with the front desk accepting arrivals until 11:30 pm
• Check-out: 12:00 pm
• Minimum check-in age: 18
• Pets: Pets are not permitted, and service animals are not accepted
• Children: All ages are welcome in the Family Section. Child rates apply to ages 2 to 12 sharing a room with two paying adults, and the children's club is complimentary. The Elegance Club is limited to guests aged 18 and over
• Cancellation: No penalty more than 14 days before arrival. Within 14 days the deposit is forfeited and a penalty of up to the full value of the reservation may apply
