• Pets: Pets are not permitted. Service animals individually trained to assist a person with a disability are welcome, with notice to the resort at least five days before arrival and current official certification.
• Children: Children of all ages are welcome. Two children up to age 12 stay free when using existing bedding in a parent or guardian's room. Free cribs are available on request. Rollaway and extra beds are not available.
• Cancellation: Terms vary by the rate booked. Fully refundable rates with free cancellation are available.
• Resort Access: All-inclusive guests may use the restaurants, bars and facilities at sister resort The Royal Sands, with shuttle service between the Royal Resorts properties.
