Colorado National Monument West (Fruita) Entrance
This entrance is the gateway to the Saddlehorn district and the monument’s main services. From Fruita (I-70 Exit 19), follow CO-340 south about 3 miles to the entrance; the Saddlehorn Visitor Center and Saddlehorn Campground sit roughly 4 miles up Rim Rock Drive, making this the most convenient start for trip planning, exhibits, ranger programs, and nearby scenic overlooks.
